Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

Appointment Policy

We operate primarily on an appointment basis. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment or surgical procedure, we ask that you call us 24 hours in advance. Please note that emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which may delay a scheduled appointment. Your patience and understanding is appreciated if this happens. We will accommodate walk in appointments as quickly as our schedule will allow. If your pet is new to us, please bring as much information as possible when you arrive for the first visit. Vaccination history and patient records can be very helpful during initial visits.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all the animals in our care, we ask you to restrain your pet. New people, unfamiliar surroundings and other pets may make your pet uneasy and for that reason, we ask that your pet be on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. If you pet is scheduled for a surgical procedure or treatment that requires dropping them off in the morning, we ask that you arrive between 7:30-8:30 AM. This allows your pet a quiet period to become familiar with his or her surroundings and gives the staff sufficient time for surgical prep.

Privacy Policy

Client and patient records are released only with owner permission with the exception of patient referrals and accounts transferred to collection.
