Due to a high number of no-show appointments and the high demand for urgent veterinary care, as of 5/1/2022, we require a $110 deposit (the cost of our exam fee) to be paid in advance for all new clients in order to schedule an appointment.
This deposit applies directly to the cost of the appointment for your pet and is not an additional charge.
The deposit is considered non-refundable in the case of a client not showing up for a scheduled appointment or failing to give more than 12-hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Once you submit the new patient form, our reception team will contact you to schedule your pet's appointment and collect the deposit.
